JOSEPH FRASCA
♱ 🍁🟣PPC Toronto-St.Paul's 🟣🍁♱MP CANDIDATE

Meet the Candidate
I’m Joseph Frasca, a proud lifelong member of the Toronto—St. Paul’s community and the official candidate for the People’s Party of Canada. I stand for freedom, personal responsibility, respect, and fairness—values that drive my commitment to restoring Canada’s prosperity and empowering its people through bold convictions. My platform is distinct, focusing on real environmental solutions, genuine rights advocacy, and deep respect for both Canada's history & Indigenous communities. I’m also vehemently opposed to plastic straws, which harm our planet more than you think- not to mention ruin any beverage experience. Support me today to bring the change Toronto—St. Paul’s needs!
Why I Chose PPC
I chose the People’s Party of Canada because it’s the only party with a unique platform that truly empowers Canadian views, putting our security and prosperity first. We’re guided by a charismatic, realistic, and calm leader who speaks directly and honestly, always putting Canada first. No matter your culture, gender, or race, we see you as a Canadian—and we’ll do anything for you.
I’m sick of our bloated, overreaching government that strips away agency and dilutes our identity. The PPC’s common-sense foreign policy rejects ideological agendas, ends support for foreign wars, and stops fraudulent aid tied to sex, gender, or trans issues. We’ll cap migration, prioritizing families over the current influx of single, 47 year old middle-aged male newcomers. It’s time to grant Indigenous peoples real sovereignty by abolishing the Indian Act. I vow to eliminate MAID—HOMICIDE IS NOT HEALTHCARE. The PPC focuses on fixing Canada first: no tariffs, no consultants, no capital gains tax, and no invasive government. We’re here to give Canadians back their power, their destiny, and their true identity.
My Background
I graduated from the University of Toronto with a major in Italian Culture and double minors in Women & Gender Studies and Theology, and I also completed paralegal studies. For 15 years, I’ve mentored kids, pouring heart and grit into every moment. My path spans roles at four government agencies and four innovative startups, plus running my own businesses—I know how to make things happen. As president of U of T’s Italian Club and a lifelong high-level athlete, I’ve led with resilience and fire. In my spare time, I write and play sports, staying tied to community and creativity. Day to day, I never stray away from this one reality- there is no such thing as a one-sided coin. Think critically, be competent, proactive, and care.It is an absolute honor to be able to be a voice for the people and to have the endorsement of the only populist, anti-establishment, realistic, respectful and mindful party that exists- The People’s Party of Canada. Thank you all, sincerely, it brings me a great joy to be here, surrounded by my fellow patriots, and, not pandering to any, nor, selling my soul for power.
My Platform
This is a platform for young Canadians who demand affordability, safety, and a nation with backbone. No agendas, no apologies—just a Canada that delivers. As a Canadian in his early thirties I find it alarming that we are the first generation that is more poor than their parents. My platform focuses on respect and realism. Also, ensures dignity of the persons and reminds us we must stop wasting money.
Ecomic Nationalism
Every cent that goes to Ukraine over our army- or - to Africa for gender and sex perverted causes- makes my stomach churn. I feel disgust. Lala-land leadership.Canada’s economic nationalism puts our nation first. Our markets, our priorities—no more squandering tax dollars on foreign aid while Canadians starve and sleep on streets. Sending male tampons to Sudan? It’s fraud, plain and simple. Globalism erodes our work ethic, wages, and GDP, leaving our citizens jobless & worthless. A free market demands equal opportunity based on merit, not race, culture, or religion—DEI and affirmative action are done. Ontario, our richest province, lags behind Mississippi, USA's least, in per-person production. Our manufacturing is stagnant, and government jobs bloat a broke system. We need secondary and tertiary manufacturing to surge. Enough waste. Canada’s money stays home, fueling our future. No more handouts, no more pandering. Canada is the source, not the client. Let’s build prosperity through merit and hard work, with our people reaping the rewards.

Party Platform
The PPC platform largely gives voice to opinions suppressed, ignored, or not fashionable enough for the rulers. There is nothing extreme about audibly articulating what's on the mind of majority of the nation. Its less a pursuit of power than a source of empowerment.
Focus on Forest- Enough with the Hysteria
Due to neglect and preventable fires, our forests emitted more carbon than collected in 2024- unacceptable! All it would take to achieve carbon neutrality is a real management of forest. Did you know not 1 cent went to our forest management from the Carbon Tax?
Canada’s forests to achieve net zero by 2050 or sooner, banning clearcutting for wasteful products like paper straws, wood forks, or pellets shipped to England. Employ strategic logging for firebreaks, clear deadwood to reduce fire risks, and plant native trees for carbon storage. Reject carbon taxes and unproven carbon capture in favor of practical, proven solutions.

Beyond Straws: The Constitutional Crisis of Canada’s Plastics Ban
The Responsible Plastic Use Coalition v. Canada case exposes federal overreach, labeling all plastics toxic under CEPA without evidence, intruding on provincial powers, as ruled by the Federal Court in 2023. Using criminal law, it imposes $1M fines, risking precedents for industries like oil. Provinces and the CCF warn of eroded autonomy. Plastics are vital for healthcare; paper straws increase CO2, leach PFAS, and aren’t recyclable. At the Supreme Court, it’s a fight for federalism and freedoms.

Protect women's space and agency. Let kids be kids. we cannot return to eugenics.
We’ll protect women’s rights and spaces based on biological sex, banning men from women’s sports, bathrooms, shelters, jails, and schools to ensure fairness and safety. Multi-gender leagues are optional, but single-sex spaces are non-negotiable—55% of women fear violence in mixed settings, and men in women’s jails caused 7 assaults in 2023. Biology shows men dominate sports; 70% of Canadians agree sports must reflect this. Women’s facilities are for women only, and women decide who enters. Violators face 5 years in jail. This defends women’s essence and reality over ideology.Ban gender-affirming care for kids under 18—no hormones or surgeries—allowing parental consent at 16-17. Europe shows 20-30% regret and 40% suicide spike post-transition; brains mature at 25, making such changes risky. Fund sports and arts to promote body comfort, not surgery. Sixty percent of parents want control, so schools must disclose identity talks immediately, with teachers facing a year in jail for secrecy. Sex ed starts at 15, stats-based and family-focused. No school-led gender changes; counseling must involve parents. Rainbow flags fly only in June. Doctors and teachers face lawsuits or jail for harm. Canada protects kids, fostering body love over irreversible changes.
Final Thoughts.
Sir John A. Macdonald unified Canada through partnerships with French, Indigenous, and British communities, establishing a slavery-free sanctuary and building the transcontinental railway. His legacy is unjustly smeared for residential school tragedies that occurred after his 1891 death. It’s wrong that he’s been removed from the $10 bill while a distant king remains on the dime; Macdonald’s vision of unity deserves honor, not blame.Canada should abolish the monarchy and overhaul its outdated constitution to empower people, provinces, and Indigenous nations. A republic with a president and three vice-presidents—Indigenous, Francophone, Anglophone—would reflect our true identity. The monarchy undermines our Charter; newcomers swearing allegiance to the Crown, not the maple leaf, dilutes national pride, and the king on the dime mocks our sovereignty.Under Trudeau’s globalist Liberal leadership, Canada’s identity feels betrayed, with his scandals overshadowing even the criticized men’s soccer team. A nationalist, Canada-first approach is essential, ensuring national pride through free broadcasts of all Canadian team games—hockey, soccer, water polo, rowing—to unite us, not locked behind foreign paywalls. Had Bernier led the Conservatives, past elections could have been won decisively, rejecting globalism in favor of a sovereign Canada.
